Garuda Partner – workshops in pairs  focusing on strength, length and balance

Encouraging leaning, pushing and pulling against and with the help of a partner, Garuda inspires strength, flexibility and coordination in movement. Here your partner and you will guide and support each other  through a whole repertoire of movement. This challenging course allows you to better your hands on skills as a teacher.
