About Laura

Laura Trevisani is a fitness and Pilates instructor born in Ferrara, Italy. She is a former national and Vice European champion in roller figure skating. She then started dancing as a non-professional dancer and kept on training practicing indoor cycling, pilates and Yoga. She took her first certification as a Pilates teacher in 2005 and kept on attending courses to improve her teaching skills. She met James D'Silva in 2012 when she attended her first Garuda Training, becoming the first Italian certified in the Garuda method. Since then, she has completed all Garuda syllabuses, becoming first assistant and Translator for James D'Silva's courses in Italy, then Master Trainer for Italy in 2016. She runs a Pilates,Yoga and Garuda studio in her town and travels along Italy to spread and teach the Garuda method.
